Where to Stay in Marina Bay

Editor's Guide to Recommended Hotels in Marina Bay

With many of Singapore’s most iconic landmarks spread out around this peaceful body of water, Marina Bay is the best place to stay if you are looking to capture the bright lights of The Lion City. The shipwreck-on-a-skyscraper-shaped Marina Bay Sands has enough attractions to fill a holiday on its own, but there are also Gardens by the Bay, The National Science Museum and the famous Merlion statue - the emblem of the city.

This manicured waterfront area is home to many of Singapore’s finest five-star hotels, usually offering Instagram-worthy views, but if you follow the waterways back to Clarke Quay or Boat Quay you will find a more diverse range of properties. Plus, with four different MRT Underground lines passing through the area, Marina Bay is connected to every other area of Singapore.

What is ‘Editor’s Pick’

Editor’s Picks are the hotels we personally reviewed and liked the most, ones we recommend to our friends and family when they come to Singapore and are looking for the best places to stay according to their budget or location preferences.
