Mansion Bay has closed.
Mansion Bay forms a trio of inter-connecting nightlife venues located at Esplanade Mall, including M Bar, Madison Lounge and, most importantly, the enormous Mansion nightclub. The whole place is spread across two floors and can accommodate up to 1,000 people, while the central stage welcomes local and international DJs on a weekly basis.
In terms of size, only the iconic Zouk, across town, can rival Mansion, although this relatively new venue still has a long way to go to match the legacy of Singapore’s most famous club.

What we really love about Mansion Bay is the big dance floor and high ceilings, both of which help to create a big-room, European kind of environment, rather than a compact basement style many other clubs in Singapore go for.
Décor-wise, Mansion clearly hasn’t had the same kind of budget as other venues in Singapore, such as Home Club or Club kyo. The plush purple sofas are a little on the tacky side and the bare concrete surfaces say more ‘unfinished’ than ‘industrial-chic’. That said, Mansion’s decent sound system, lighting effects and up-for-it crowd all provide ample reason to visit.
Mansion Bay gets packed out on the weekends, with its broad dance playlist appealing to mass audience: think EDM, house remixes and mainstream dance hits, alongside some more underground sounds as well. They've also been known to welcome some internation artisits too.
As well as the main room, Mansion Bay Singapore also includes the outside M Bar for chilling, or you can head upstairs to find Madison Lounge, a miniature rooftop bar which doubles as a smoking terrace when things start to get busy.
Crowd-wise, expect everybody from Champagne-popping business men, to young locals, expats, and a small selection tourists wanting a taste of Singapore’s ever-emerging nightlife scene. Entrance here is normally S$30, which does include drink vouchers, while a VIP table for you and all your friends (including a bottle) costs S$1,500.
Find Mansion Bay Singapore at Esplanade Mall – just next to the famous Esplanade Theatre – on Raffles Avenue. Right now, they’re only open on the weekend (Fri and Sat) from 22:00-late, although these times do tend to be more of guideline than anything.
